Florida in June

Went down to Florida in June to celebrate my birthday and visit my family. We enjoyed the lake, a couple perfect days at New Smyrna Beach, a huge birthday feast at Thai Delight (thanks Mom!), my nephew Kai, and we even took Brendan to Epcot for the first time. It was fun being tourists.

Joffrey Ballet School

First day of class at the world renowned Joffrey Ballet School in
Greenwich Village. Thanks to Brendan's thoughtful birthday gift, I
get to take 9 more classes including modern dance, jazz, and pointe!

Shearwater sailing

Here we are sailing down the Hudson river in our Gatsby-style
schooner at sunset. Camille and Hoang were in town for the
weekend, so we thought we'd show them the city from a different point
of view.
It was a bit cloudy that day, but we did see a few sun breaks as it
began to set. It was really beautiful seeing all the city lights as
it got darker, the statue of liberty and the Brooklyn bridge. Good
times.

Washington Square Park

Here we are taking a post-work stroll through Washington Square Park on a very warm evening. Looks like Summer is on the way!
